What data do we collect and how do we use it?

Log files/IP addresses

Non Personal Information

When a third party company is used for such purposes Joseph Koensgen Art makes every effort to ensure that that company is well established, reputable and offers a secure and safe handling of information they may collect from you in order to process your payment for the Products or Services that you have ordered from Joseph Koensgen Art. Joseph Koensgen Art places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers. Where is the information stored?

Information which you submit via our Web site or our telephone services is stored on our computer or in our office located in Canada and we protect it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable law. In addition information you submit via our Web site may be stored in data files that are lodged with our Web site host which is located in the U.S.  We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.
