Wildlife Art Workshop with Joseph Koensgen

Join Joseph Koensgen for a 3.5 day workshop to learn some of different elements that he creates in his paintings.

Joseph will take you through his methodology of developing exquisite wildlife paintings. He will breakdown complex subject areas to component parts such as grass, rocks, feathers, fur etc - with a special emphasis on water. Background and foreground will also be discussed, as they are important and sometimes troubling areas of a painting. Joseph uses a blend of subjects from different photo references in creating many of his works so he will show us how to bring different elements together effectively in a painting.

There will also be opportunity for Joseph to answer questions throughout and offer critique and advice for those who wish to share things they are working on.
